North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) is currently operating from three campuses namely- Padma Nath Sarmah Bhawan Campus at Khanapara, Parukutty Bhawan Campus at Nabin Nagar, and MDRCC Campus at Mangala Nagar, Mangaldoi. The Padma Nath Sarmah Bhawan Campus is situated in an area of 3 acres of land, Parukutty Bhawan Campus has an area of 1/2 acre of land and Mangaldoi Campus is spread over 11 acres of land respectively.

The Padma Nath Sarmah Bhawan Campus has quake resistant multi-storied RCC buildings designed for institutional purpose for conducting classes with technological sophistication surrounded by green lush of beauty. The premises is well equipped with Lecture halls, Conference halls state-of-the-art Computer Laboratories, moot court and auditorium for conducting regular classes both theory and practical, Seminars, Workshops, Conferences, Staff and Faculty Development Programmes and other different academic activities. All the campuses under North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) are surrounded by touch of greenery with ample open spaces around. Another campus of North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) is coming up on a 75 bigha plot adjacent to IITG in North Guwahati.

North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) has six separate well -furnished hostels for Boys and Girls for homely accommodation that includes a new well-furnished 300 panerai luminor marina replica capacity Girls Hostel within the college campus. The students who are not staying at hostels can avail the facility of the Bus Service after bearing minimum fees for its service. Also canteen facility is available in the campus itself.

North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) has a library enriched with around 30000 books on Management, Computer Science, Law, Psychology, Commerce, Social work, Tourism and other Allied subjects of India and Foreign publications. The library subscribes around 55 numbers of journals including International Journals and Periodicals viz, Harvard Business Review, International Journal of Research in Marketing, I E E E, ACM, Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Vikalpa, Indian Journal of Industrial Relations, Finance India etc. to name a few.

At present, North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) has three well equipped Computer Labs having more than 300 latest configured machines with 3 servers, which offer state-of-the-art computer facilities to the students with 1:1 ratio for student and computer. All the machines are connected by Wi-Fi with 24 hours Internet facility. The laboratories provide ample time and opportunity to the students for gaining practical efficiency in this field.
